Return & Refund Policy

At LVNT Footwear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be returned in the original shoe box and packaging

  • Include any original tags

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for faulty products.
